Once everything is signed, you have officially sold your property.

Closing Day

Closing day is near—confirm with your agent that all items are complete so the transaction proceeds smoothly. We coordinate the final steps to ensure a stress-free closing.

Final Walk-Through Inspection

The buyer will perform a final walk-through either the day before or the day of closing to confirm the property’s condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no items are left behind.

Cancel Home Services and Utilities

After closing, we will provide a list of contacts to help you cancel or transfer services and utilities.

Be Prepared

Unexpected issues can arise late in the process. If a loan delay or a last-minute repair occurs, we will guide you through resolution, leveraging our experience to keep the transaction on track.

Closing

At settlement, you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign the final documents that itemize financial transactions. If you cannot attend, we will help arrange alternatives. Proceeds can be wired to your bank or provided by check at closing. Transfer all keys and pertinent information to the buyer at closing. Once signed, the property is sold.
